The internationally registered and patent pending Mustang Certidaptor Mounting Bracket is a uniquely configured probe housing element particularly suitable as a companion to the Mustang Pony® Probe Enclosure. Use of a Certidaptor mounting bracket eliminates the need to disassemble an overlying housing element from an enclosed adapter body and dispenses with disassembling the adaptor body from the pipeline.

Keeps gas samples above their dew points.
Mustang Sampling’s Heat Trace Tube Bundle is the patented power connection that provides power to the sample conditioning system and transports the Analytically Accurate® heated gas sample to an analyzer. This unique dual functionality eliminates the need for additional power at the sample point and helps avoid Joule-Thomson cooling.

The Pony Heated Probe Enclosure is an integral patented component of the Mustang® Sample Conditioning System (MSCS®) designed to provide and maintain heat for the sample probe directly at the sample point.
The Pony enclosure installs between 6” center-to-center threadolets as an integral component in an Analytically Accurate® sample conditioning system.
Pony enclosure models can be utilized with a remote Mustang® P53® Sample Conditioning System as well as a stand-alone sampling system.

Patented technology.
The Mustang P53® Sample Conditioning System is an integral component to provide an Analytically Accurate® solution for natural gas sampling applications. The P53® Sample Conditioning System solves the problem of hydrocarbon liquid condensation from Joule-Thomson cooling in natural gas analysis systems. High pressure natural gas samples are transported at a temperature well above the expected hydrocarbon dew point, which is maintained throughout the pressure reduction process, delivering a representative sample to the analyzers.

Remote mounted.
The Mustang® Sample Conditioning System (MSCS®) provides an Analytically Accurate® solution for natural gas sampling applications.
The Mustang P53® Sample Conditioning System and the Mustang Pony® Probe Enclosure are integral parts of the MSCS. The Pony Probe Enclosure is installed on a threadolet in proximity to the Mustang P53.
The MSCS solves the problem of hydrocarbon liquid condensation from Joule-Thomson cooling in natural gas analysis systems. Portable insertion probe (PIP).
The Mustang Portable Heated Sample Conditioning System is designed for spot or portable gas sampling. System installs into a pressurized pipeline through a ó” or .” full opening valve without the use of a special insertion device. The adjustable length probe is ideally suited for use with a portable analyzer or when spot sampling is being performed. The tip of the probe is protected from inline contaminants by a shroud.
The Mustang Portable Heated Sample Conditioning system has the means to separate entrained liquid aerosols and droplets of the source gas. Separating liquids in this manner avoids changes in the gas phase composition and complies with current natural gas industry standards and preserves the sample’s integrity from the extraction point to the analyzer.

Removes free liquids from saturated gas streams.
The Mustang® Biogas Sample Conditioning System is designed to deliver a representative gas sample from an anaerobic digester. The raw gas is dried, heated, and pressurized for delivery to an analyzer(s) utilizing a Mustang Sample Conditioning System. The Mustang Biogas Sample Conditioning System transports the biogas sample at a temperature well above its dewpoint, which is maintained throughout the final pressure reduction process, for analysis.

Prevents Joule-Thomson cooling.
The Pony® Sample Conditioning System (PSCS®) is ideal for sampling wet or dry natural gas when a compact solution mounted directly to the sampling probe is preferred. The PSCS contains a self-limiting block heater, Watlow® PID temperature controller, system temperature limiter, and a single or multistage pressure regulator, all mounted inside a Pony® Heated Probe Enclosure. The close coupled system reduces the opportunity for richer gases to condense within sample tubing and protects analyzers from damage by solids or liquids while delivering a representative sample. The Pony Sample Conditioning System is the only probe mounted sample conditioning system that can be powered by the heat trace tube bundle, creating a cost effective solution for new or existing locations.
